Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using AeternaOS products (including HookGrade) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the products.
2. What we provide
AeternaOS, Inc. provides software products that use AI to help with specific creative and operational jobs. HookGrade scores YouTube thumbnails using AI vision models. We aim for the products to work, but we don't guarantee they always will.
3. Pricing and billing
- Free tier: 3 thumbnail analyses per 30 days. No card required.
- Pro: $19/month, unlimited analyses, up to 4 variants per test.
- Agency: $79/month, all Pro features plus team seats and bulk analysis.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime via the billing portal.
- We don't refund partial months by default, but email us with reasonable cases and we'll work it out.
4. Your content
You own the thumbnails you upload. We process them temporarily to score them, then discard. You grant us a temporary, limited license to process the content solely to deliver the analysis.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Upload illegal content, CSAM, or content that violates third-party copyrights you don't have permission to use
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the service in ways that violate our rate limits
- Resell access to the API without an explicit written agreement
- Try to break the rate-limit, abuse the free tier, or impersonate other users
6. AI outputs
The AI-generated scores, suggestions, and predicted CTR values are estimates based on visual analysis. They are not guarantees of actual YouTube performance. Use them as a directional signal, not as a promise of revenue.
7. Liability
The products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, AeternaOS, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability is the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On account deletion we remove your data within 30 days (Stripe invoices may be retained for legal/tax purposes).
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the “last updated” date and email registered users if the change is material. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
