Vendor cascade dispatch
Matches the request to the right vendor from your list, sends a work order via SMS, and falls back to the next vendor if no response in 15 minutes.
Photo verification
Before/after photos auto-requested. AI flags work that doesn't look complete. Invoice can't be approved without photos.
